What personal data do we collect?

We collect and store:

Your name, company name, job title, email address and telephone number when you make an enquiry with us via the website.

When you create an account for and use our webshop, we will collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number and names of authorised users. These details will then be used to process and deliver any orders made via the webshop.

Your name, address, post code, email address, telephone number and any supporting documents you provide if you request the support of the Customer Support team.

Your name, email address and telephone number when you provide consent to receive offers and promotions from us.

In addition to the information you submit, we are gathering your IP address to serve you with geographically-relevant content and personalisation purposes.

How can we make changes to this privacy policy?

We may update this privacy notice from time to time in response to changing legal, regulatory or operational requirements. We will notify you of any such changes (including when they will take effect). Your continued use of the website after any such updates takes effect will constitute acceptance of those changes.
