The Exisafe CE858 push pad surface-mounted emergency bolt device is for use on single doors or as part of a double-door solution.
It's ideal for final exit escape doors where all users are familiar with the building and hardware. The push pad is for install to the push face of outward opening doors with the design of the push pad being discrete for a tidier option.
It offers an automatic top trip that releases the bolts only as the door closes into the frame, preventing damage to the frame and flooring. The top and bottom shoot bolt rods can be cut to size on-site to fit each door.
It is tested to EN 179 and up to FD120 on timber doors and FD240 on metal doors.
ExiSAFE round knob outside access device for use with 200 series and 300 series hardware, for gaining entry through an escape door. The unit is operated by rotating the knob to retract the internal bolts/latches, releasing the knob returns the internal bolts/latches to the rest position.
Available with or without a Euro cylinder. Key retention option available (Suffix order code with “RK” for key retention). Locking the cylinder prevents access into the building but will not prevent escape from the building.

Indicate the required finish when ordering (plated finishes are not recommended for external use). Additional fixings for thicker doors are available on request.
